What are your training goals for the New Year?
(Let's all keep our fingers crossed that it's going to be a "normal" year)
For me, I just want to be consistent in my training. These past few years have been very on and off thanks to other things going on in life.
I was hoping to get back to some clinics and lessons, but with the lockdown it's impossible.
So I am aiming to read all the books I have been wanting to read, improve my own fitness and watch as many good DVDs as I can.
